Do you screen the tenants, and if so how?

Absolutely! When you entrust us with one of your rentals it is in the best interest of everyone involved to perform a background check on the tenants. Each and every tenant that rents with Alpha Property Management is required to submit an application at their cost which includes a comprehensive background check. Through this careful screening process, we are able to cherry-pick the tenant that shows the most promise for easy, long term profits.

Can you help me evict my current tenants and attract newer, high-quality tenants?

Although evictions are never a pleasant or desired outcome in renting, you can rest assured that when you place your properties under the care of Alpha Property Management, we will tackle evictions for you. We understand that navigating the evictions process can be stressful, confusing, expensive, and time-consuming. What happens when a tenant wants or needs a repair made?

Keeping your property in optimal working condition is paramount in optimizing your rental portfolio’s performance. Therefore, it is crucial that we practice preventative maintenance and when maintenance issues come up they are handled promptly, professionally, and profitably. That is where we come in! 

When an Alpha Property Management tenant needs a repair, they complete an online form detailing the problem and giving us consent to have it professionally repaired on your behalf. That request is instantly and automatically added to their file for record-keeping purposes. We will then notify you, and immediately take the steps needed to get one of our trusted repair and maintenance partners to correct the problem to everyone’s satisfaction.

There is also a special line directly to Sally in the case of an emergency like flood or fire given to all tenants, which is rare thanks to our diligent surveillance and preventative maintenance efforts.

How do I get updates on repairs and maintenance on my properties?

We understand why you would want to be kept in the loop but we never want to be a nuisance as we know you have a busy schedule. We will reach out to you to notify you once a request has been completed but if you have questions, concerns, or simply want a status update along the way you can reach out to Dorene Arena our Maintenance Supervisor on a special line: (916)706-1581. Do you have your own vendors or will I bring in my own?
